Rob Marks is a managing partner of Tomlinson Advisory Group. As a fellow entrepreneur and a former partner in the Private Equity and Venture Capital Groups of Kirkland & Ellis and McGuireWoods, Rob enjoys helping his clients with mergers and acquisitions, investments in growth companies and transactional guidance. 

When you work with Rob, he will treat his engagement with you as a long-term partnership. His view is that legal expertise and advice can help fortify a client’s success - watching for pitfalls and identifying potential opportunities. Many of his deals are done on fixed-fees or partial contingency fees to ensure you’re getting the most for your money.
